Texas City High School aims to prepare every student for college and career opportunities. Our counselors are available to help students determine what they need to do to prepare for life after graduating from TCHS.

COLLEGE OF THE MAINLAND

College of the Mainland has a representative on the TCHS Campus every Friday. He is available to assist all students at TCHS with information about COM as well as other colleges and universities and to prepare students for their college/career experience.

College Visits

Junior and Senior students are allowed to have 2 college visits during Junior year and 2 college visits during Senior year. All college visits require a two-week prior approval from their Assistant Principal and verification from the college or university.
